Crunch & Brunch is one of Ella’s most popular bootcamps. It consists of an hour group workout on Tooting Common followed by a post-workout healthy brunch cooked by Ella in her kitchen in Balham.
The brunch is put together from a nutritional perspective, combining the right amounts of macronutrients to correctly refuel your muscles after exercise to ensure you get the most out of your workout and prevent your body from storing unnecessary fat.
Think less of watery salad and calorie-poor diet food; think more of creamy scrambled eggs and salmon on toast, or blueberry and banana pancakes and syrup. It’s a win win - you can still indulge and lose weight with Crunch & Brunch!
