Ella specialises in pre and postnatal personal training.

We know that exercise during pregnancy is hugely beneficial to both mother and baby. Ella can design and guide you through safe exercise programmes to help you manage a whole range of pregnancy symptoms. Whether you need help with your mobility, need to manage postural changes and lower back pain, or simply wish to stay fit, healthy and strong during your pregnancy, Ella can help safely guide you in whichever way you need.

During the postnatal period, it is of equal importance to have a safe, effective and individual exercise programme. Weakened pelvic floor muscles and sometimes prominent separation of abdominal muscles (diastasis recti), need to be carefully considered.

Having endured all these changes first hand, she understands the importance of safe and effective exercise, as well as the huge physical and mental health benefits that come with exercise during this period.
